Product Overview
A Scottish immigrant to California named William Thompson introduced these green seedless grapes in the 1870’s which were developed specially for use in raisins but its popularity as a table grape has since increased. At the time the variety was called Lad deCoverly but as its successes grew it was renamed after Mr Thompson. Thompson grapes have a big berry and are green in colour, they are fresh and slightly sweet to taste and have a firm crisp texture.
